"We believe you matter! Your investment in the Hope Center reminds our clients that they matter too. For a greater impact, consider partnering with us through monthly electronic giving. This helps assure we have funding each month, keeping our focus on serving our clients, not fundraising. Your willingness to make an investment above and beyond your monthly pledge advances this work dramatically. Thank you so much for your generosity. Because you matter!”

As an advocate you would sit with the client for Peer Counseling sessions. These sessions would include sitting with the client for 30 minutes to one hour, showing them a video and talking to them about it making sure they understand the topic, you will talk to them about their life situations, and help them to figure out the best option for their individual situation. Other services you may provide is helping the client find local services to help with financial situations, housing, WIC and other local services. Peer counselors also give spiritual guidance/prayer when the client is accepting of it.

As a nurse at the center, your duties may include peer counseling, instructing clients on self-administered pregnancy tests, collecting specimens for STI testing, giving the client the results, calling in prescriptions to the pharmacy and notifying the state of positive tests.
